All orders are packed discreetly in plain packages. Our address is not located on the package. The package will be addressed to you with SIND.
We use COURIER POST for New Zealand nationwide.

FREE DELIVERY in Invercargill city only to post codes 9810, 9812 and 9879. All orders must be over $30.00. We will email or text you soon as your order is completed to arrange a time for us to deliver your package discreetly.
CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICES – we will contact you by email or text when order is completed to arrange a time for you to pick up your package.
RETURNS
Please choose your products carefully due to the nature of our business.
We can NOT refund if you change your mind.
However, if the products you have received are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
Faulty products must be returned to us in 7 days for a replacement. If we can not replace the product we will give you a shop credit.
Lingerie – Please read our sizing chart carefully as we cannot exchange products that are too big or too small if the size is listed on site.
Our warranty policy covers products for various time frames (depending on the brand) from the date of purchase.
It covers faults and defects that occur due to manufacturing failure. Damage or faults that occur as a result of lost/stolen items, cosmetic deterioration, misuse, accident, neglect or general wear and tear, are NOT covered by our warranty policy. If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with one that is of the same, or similar model. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a store credit.

We can guarantee that we will ship your order in 24hrs after placing an order.
BACKORDER can take up to two to three weeks to arrive. After placing an order with Backorder we will advise you of an estimated time of arrival.
